Monthly Support Group -Making Healthy a Habit

Being healthy and managing your weight can be like the seasons we experience each year, requiring us to regularly make changes to adapt.

No matter where you are on your journey alternative ideas and approaches can always add value. This monthly offering is an opportunity for ongoing support from a group as you continue to explore how your current choices affect your health including weight and inflammation.

What

  • monthly 60 minute group session w/15minute topic and 45 minute group connect (optional measurements prior or after)

Who

  • Alumni of any of Rebecca’s TLS, Wellness Classes or Health Coaching

When

  • First Monday of each month 6pm-7pm

How

  • Register monthly; payment due by date of session

Participants have the opportunity to customize to best fit their needs, experiencing the value of group discussion, shares and accountability.
