In the Healthy Habits program, you explore how your current choices affect your health including your blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol, weight and inflammation.. also known as PAIN!!

Feeling good and being healthy is about new choices and new habits, rather than deprivation. We partner with you to inspire and cultivate new choices to manage your weight healthy at any age. There is no one size fits all to being healthy. Your balance is out there, your guidance to find it is here.

Our approach promotes you personally beginning to understand how your body uses food, so you can feel empowered to select the right foods to support your individual health needs and goals based on the current habits you enjoy.

Through the Healthy Habits small group approach there is an opportunity for each participant to customize the choices to best fit their needs, while experiencing the value of group discussion, shares and accountability.

Individual Coaching is also available through our Tailored to You program if you prefer.
