Self-care workshop / Solutions for Wellness - What are your Needs?

Where do you get your energy from? How do you approach change? What are your triggers? How do you make decisions? How do you relax?

Understanding your uniqueness is the key to caring for your personal needs. One size does not fit all. Let’s have some fun exploring who we each are and how to build self-care routines that actually work for you.

Use what you learn to shape self-care that fits.

  • Match activities to your energy style

  • Respect changes in lifestyle rhythms

  • Create consistent daily energy

  • Stronger recovery habits to resist burnout

  • Small changes become sustainable in weeks

  • Faster recognition of triggers and better choice in responding

Your Self-care should reflect who you are — not who you think you should be.

When you skip Self-care and take care of everything and everyone else first… eventually it catches up with you.

You feel it in your mood and your energy. Your ability to rest and enjoy your favorite activities can become compromised. You realize, you are your own worst enemy.

Take care of you. Its not selfish, It is essential to you and those who depend on you.
