No matter where you are on your journey, alternative ideas and approaches can always add value. This monthly offering is an opportunity for ongoing support from a group as you continue to explore how your current choices affect your health including weight and inflammation.

  • Alumni of any of Rebecca’s TLS, Wellness Classes or Health Coaching

  • First Monday of each month 6pm-7pm

  • Register monthly; payment due by date of session

Participants have the opportunity to customize to best fit their needs, experiencing the value of group discussion, shares and accountability.
